'Lockdown crucifixion 1' (2020), pasted paper and acrylic on A1 paper
Lockdown provided a space to explore a variety of mediums and themes, and collage became a surprise, growing interest. Perhaps as a result of time available to review and reassess old work, I found myself recycling old paintings into new pieces, relishing unexpected juxtapositions of colour, texture, gesture, medium and mood.
